hello.. im a Canadian.. from the french part.. forgive me if my English isnt UK perfect... im currently in a hospital in the Philippines.. next to my 11 yr old daughter... i wont bore you with this sad story so ill just go straight to the point... is there a LEGIT carding/paypal or western union me onion website.. i got scammed out of 160$usd... i just need enough to cover the current hospital bill of my kid.. and i can bring her to something called a public hospital which is partially or completely free
so i want LEGIT please... but heres the snag.. i only have 20$of btc left.. ive got nothing else... i even lost my apt in this country... so if you know a legit place of carding/paypal/western union me... i would absolutely need to start out at 20$ of btc and work my way up to bigger purchases... im not looking for a hand out.. nothing is free like in Canada.. i get that
