British virtual band Gorillaz continues their SongMachine project, dedicated to duet with various artists. And even hints at its continuation and development: now we are talking about the" first season " of Song Machine.
Gorillaz's new music video is called the Valley of the Pagans, "the Valley of the pagans", and for its recording the musicians invited multi-instrumentalist and Grammy award winner Beck, who has repeatedly participated in joint projects with other artists.
The most interesting thing about the video is that it was shot in Grand Theft Auto V or, most likely, in GTA Online. Fans of the game can easily recognize familiar locations and even car models. However, the band members remained two-dimensional, although they fit perfectly into the realistic Los Santos.
This is not Gorillaz's first "visit" to the territory of the games. Earlier, the musicians released a video for Pac-Man, dedicated to the fortieth anniversary of the cult game.
